On July 17, 2018, journalist Danielle Brant of Folha de S. Paulo, published an article entitled “Stormy Daniels Prison Exposes Cacophony of Striptease Laws in US.”

Folha de S. Paulo is a Brazilian daily newspaper that was founded in 1921. The Folha de S. Paulo has been one of the biggest circulated newspapers in Brazil and has more than a quarter-million daily readers.

The article discusses the complexities associated with the legal operation of adult entertainment clubs aka “strip clubs” in the United States and the multiple levels of government that adult entertainment operators have to contend with.

During his interview with the newspaper, Silverstein discussed how certain states have much more stringent laws than others and how some states make it practically impossible to operate an adult entertainment establishment.

Strip club lawyer Corey D. Silverstein has represented adult entertainment businesses (strip clubs) for more than a decade and always recommends that anyone thinking of operating a strip club should consult with counsel to get a clear understanding of all the applicable rules and regulations.
