After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2003, Mr. Toll earned his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2006.
Mr. Toll joined the team as of-counsel in 2014 and focuses on providing strategic advice to, and representing, clients in complex commercial litigation, including contract, business tort, and real estate law. Mr. Toll has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts and has obtained favorable results in the Michigan Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
